Dr. Hina Mahmood

Dhinar. Hina Mahmood graduated from Islamic International Medical & Dental College (IMDC) in 2006. After completing her house job in Islamic International Dental Hospital (IIDH) in 2007 she left for Beijing, Peoples Republic of China to broaden her clinical horizons.

In Beijing, she passed her mandatory dental licensure exam to practice dentistry in 2008. She joined Vision Dental Practice afterwards which provides dental services not only to Chinese but also to hordes of multinational residing in Beijing.
In 2009, she joined MDS programme in Periodontology being offered by The University of Hong Kong (HKU). She completed her MDS post graduation in 2011 from HKU and returned to Pakistan to serve her country because of a growing concern for periodontal disease among the Pakistani populace.
She is currently a Consultant Periodontist working in Islamabad Dental Hospital and a senior registrar & faculty member at Islamabad Medical & Dental College.

As part of her MDS thesis, Dr. Hina Mahmood conducted research titled “Assessment of Occlusal Contact Changes using the T-Scan II System following Periodontal Therapy”
